How To Order Online

To order online and to see product range and availability:

  • Select the Shops & Products Button.

  • Select the closest site to your location.

  • Once in the Local Site, select Hardware or Software. A list of options will appear on the left hand side.

  • Select the category of goods you require. A list of all products will appear with stock availability and price.

  • If you wish to purchase the item, select the BUY button. You may continue to select items you wish to purchase by moving through the lists of products. You may view the items and edit the quantity at any time by selecting the CHECK OUT button and return to purchasing using the back key in your browser.

  • Once finished purchasing, go to Check Out to see your selection and the total $ amount.

  • If you have not registered with UMART, just follow the instructions.

Payment Detail

  • All prices are for CASH or EFTPOS only. A 3% surcharge for Master ,Visa card and AMEX.

  • To Collect : Pay when collecting from 2 Kilroe�Street Milton, Qld, 4064 - during office hours (9.00AM - 5.00 PM weekdays, 9: 00 - 4:00 PM Saturdays )

  • Cheques : Send a cheque for the total value of goods including shipping (if applicable) addressed to Umart Online 2 Kilroe�Street, Milton Qld 4064. Please note that we will require 3 days for cheque clearance.

  • COD
    COD ( Brisbane Metropolitan Area)via Fastway: From $20 for parcels up to 20kg

  • Direct Deposit/BPAY into UmartOnline account at any Commonwealth Bank-account no 064129 -10215845 and fax a copy of the deposit slip to 07 33690008 with details of the order.
    (Please note: If you deposit by Electronic transfer, please allow 1-2 business days to appear in our account.)

  • Credit card : Please contact us during office hours to pay by credit card or fill in our order confirmation form with your credit card details and fax back to us. In either case the following must apply:
    * The name and delivery details given shall match the name on the credit card as well as the listing in the WhitePages directory.
    * The delivery address shall be what is listed in the WhitePages for that name.
    * Make sure you have filled the home phone number so that we can call you back to verify the order.
    (All prices are based on cash only - credit card or EFTPOS payments will incurr a 3% surcharge)

Registering with UmartOnline

To register with Umart Online:

  • Select the Sign Up Button on the Right Hand Side and fill in all the fields required.

Automatic Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders will be cancelled after 3 days if they are not picked up.

  • Customers will be notified by email and online

DOA Returns

  • In the event that you receive an Umart Online product that is not in working order, please notify the Umart Online Customer Service Contact Centre either by e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must have a customer order number, the product number and product serial number. You will be issued with a Return Authority (RA) and instructions for the return of the goods. If after testing, the returned product is found to be not faulty, you will be charged the processing costs, plus all courier costs associated (if delivered), returned product collection, and re-delivery of product.

Damaged/Incorrect Product

  • In the event that you receive an Umart Online product that is either damaged or not the product you ordered, you must notify the Umart Online Customer Contact Centre either by e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days. Please have your customer order number, the product number and product serial number available. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions for the return of the goods.

Products return

  • Customers are responsible for finding/obtaining the correct components for individual needs.In the event that you decide that you do not want the product you have ordered,return of any product within 7 days will refund current price attract 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be provided for any opened non-defective product. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

Order Acceptance Policy

  • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Umart Online reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Umart Online reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and your order is automatically varied to order that lesser amount. All credit card orders will be verified prior to our acceptance of your order. Umart Online reserves the right, without prior notification to do business with any individual or business.
