Please Check Modem/Router Compatibility with your Service Provider Before Purchasing
The DSL-526E ADSL2+ Ethernet/USB Combo Router connects your computer to the Internet using an integrated high-speed ADSL2+ interface. It provides a NAT and an SPI firewall to protect your computer from attacks over the Internet, and QoS functions to prioritize important traffic for smooth online gaming, streaming movies and music, making Internet phone calls, and downloading files. Multiple computers can also share the high-speed Internet connection using the routers built-in DHCP server and NAT functions, via an externally connected Ethernet switch, allowing you to connect every computer in your home or office.
High-speed ADSL Performance The DSL-526E ADSL2+ Ethernet/USB Combo Router connects your computer to the Internet using high-speed ADSL2/2+ standards with speeds of up to 24 Mbps downstream and 2 Mbps upstream. Watch TV on the Internet, stream live music, or experience clear Internet phone calls. Graphic-intensive web pages will load in a snap, and you wont have to wait too long when downloading or uploading large files.
Secure Firewall Protection The DSL-526E includes security features which prevent unauthorized access to the home and office network. The router provides firewall security using Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and denial of service (DoS) attack protection. SPI inspects the contents of all incoming packet headers before deciding what packets are allowed to pass through, and access control is provided with packet filtering based on port and source/destination MAC/IP addresses, allowing you to use the Internet without worries.
Quality of Service With Quality of Service (QoS), the DSL-526E supports multiple priority queues to enable a group of home or office users to experience the benefit of smooth network connection of inbound and outbound data without the concern of traffic congestion. QoS allows users to enjoy highperformance VoIP, streaming multimedia and online gaming.
