Our services encompass a thorough examination of your system, where we pinpoint any issues and recommend solutions to get your computer running optimally again. We’re not just about repairing; we also offer enhancements like upgrading PCs, adding video cards or memory, and updating BIOS to ensure your machine is in top-notch condition.
How it Works
Bring your system to one of our stores, and we'll dive into a meticulous diagnosis, followed by the installation of any necessary new parts, ensuring everything is running smoothly. We’ll be transparent and discuss any required replacements with you beforehand, optimising value for money and keeping it simple and clear.
Service Fee
Our standard service fee is $199, covering all diagnostics, labour, and testing costs. However, if our talented team has assembled your computer previously, we extend a preferential service fee of $149. We strive to complete our diagnostic tests within 3-5 days, but sometimes, it can take a bit longer. If its urgent, let us know and we'll see what we can do to assist you.
Booking Your System
Should you require us to look at your computer, please disable your login password before booking your system in or share it with our team members during the booking process.
Data Protection Reminder
Remember, during the repair process, there's a risk of data loss. We advocate for responsible data management; please back up your important files before repair. We work diligently to maintain data integrity, but sometimes, circumstances necessitate data wiping or storage replacement. Umart stands by its commitment to customer satisfaction but cannot be held liable for any data loss occurring during the repair attempts.
Limitations
While we extend our services to a vast array of desktop computers, we currently do not service laptops and some branded prebuilt computers with proprietary connectors, such as certain HP, Dell, or Lenovo systems. Our knowledgeable staff is always available to advise you if you’re unsure whether your computer qualifies for our services.
