Bundle Up and Save an Extra $50 on Select Laptop and Monitor Bundles – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Eligibility

In these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• The promotion runs from 24 August 2026 to 20 September 2026, or while eligible product stock and promotional bundle allocations last, whichever occurs first.
• This promotion provides an extra $50 discount when the ASUS ZenScreen 16in FHD IPS Portable Monitor (MB16AHVE) is purchased together with an eligible laptop as an advertised promotional bundle.
• The promotion applies only to selected laptops displaying an eligible ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE bundle offer on umart.com.au.
• Both eligible products must be purchased together in the same transaction using the Add Bundle to Cart option.
• Products added to the cart separately as individual items do not qualify for the extra $50 bundle discount.
• Eligible products, prices, stock levels, bundle availability, delivery options and pickup options may change during the promotion period.
• Orders remain subject to payment approval, security checks, stock confirmation and acceptance by The Promoter.

3. How to Claim the Extra $50 Discount

1. Select an eligible laptop displaying the ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE promotional bundle offer.
2. Select the applicable bundle using the Add Bundle to Cart option.
3. Confirm that both the eligible laptop and ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE monitor appear in the cart.
4. Confirm that the bundle price reflects the extra $50 promotional discount before completing checkout.
5. Complete the purchase of both products in the same transaction during the promotion period.

• The extra $50 discount applies only to eligible promotional bundles.
• The extra $50 discount is not automatically applied when the laptop and monitor are added separately.
• Purchasing only the eligible laptop or only the ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE monitor does not qualify for the promotion.
• The promotional discount cannot be added retrospectively after checkout.
• Removing either product from the promotional bundle may remove the extra $50 discount.
• Unless otherwise stated, one promotional ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE monitor bundle may be purchased for each eligible laptop purchased.

4. Bundle Availability & Allocation

• This is a limited bundle offer and is available only while eligible laptop stock, ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE stock and applicable promotional bundle allocations remain available.
• Eligible laptop stock, monitor stock and promotional bundle allocations may have separate availability.
• Individual products may remain available for purchase after the promotional bundle allocation has been exhausted.
• If the Add Bundle to Cart option is not displayed, the bundle is marked unavailable, or the bundle cannot be added to the cart, the promotional offer may no longer be available.
• The promotion may end before 20 September 2026 if eligible product stock or promotional bundle allocations are exhausted.
• No rainchecks, reservations, substitutions or retrospective promotional claims are available for exhausted bundle allocations unless otherwise stated.
• The shopping cart and checkout system are the source of truth for current bundle eligibility, availability and promotional pricing.
• Availability may vary between online orders, delivery locations, pickup locations and Umart stores.

5. Bundle Pricing & Extra $50 Discount

• Eligible promotional bundles receive an extra $50 off the combined bundle price.
• The extra $50 promotional discount applies only when the eligible laptop and ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE monitor are purchased together using the Add Bundle to Cart option.
• The applicable bundle price, including the extra $50 promotional discount, will be displayed before checkout.
• The price displayed in the shopping cart at the time of checkout is the applicable promotional bundle price.
• Individual laptop and monitor prices may change during the promotion period. The extra promotional bundle discount remains $50 for eligible bundles unless otherwise stated.
• Any RRP, comparison price or reference price displayed is provided for reference only and may not represent the price at which the product was previously sold.
• The extra $50 promotional discount cannot be redeemed separately for cash, credit or gift cards.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotional bundle discount cannot be combined with another coupon, voucher or discount applying to the same bundle.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• If either product purchased as part of the promotional bundle is cancelled, returned or refunded, the promotional bundle discount may be removed and the transaction may be recalculated based on the applicable individual product prices.
• If one bundle product is retained, The Promoter may deduct the applicable individual price or reasonable value of the retained product from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
• If either the eligible laptop or ASUS ZenScreen MB16AHVE monitor is cancelled before dispatch, the associated promotional bundle may also be cancelled.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Product and promotional images are for reference and illustrative purposes only. Actual products, colours, specifications, packaging and included accessories may vary.
• Customers should refer to the relevant product page for current product specifications, inclusions, pricing and availability before purchasing.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, product listing errors, stock issues, technical issues, suspected misuse, fraud or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Promoter.
• To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this promotion.
