I used Umart’s Pick2Fix service for my PC and overall I’m very happy with the service. It’s really convenient and I’d definitely recommend it. The pickup was super fast. I booked it through the Uber web app and the driver came right to my door within about 15 minutes. I could track the delivery and was notified when my PC arrived at Umart, which was great. The only downside was the lack of updates after that. I didn’t hear anything for 8 days, so I called to check what was happening and was told it would take around 7–10 business days. Three days later, I received an email saying my PC was ready for pickup. So overall, 10 days including two weekends really wasn’t bad at all. It would just be great to receive an update here and there during the repair process, as there was basically nothing until the “ready for pickup” email. Even when I received the PC back, there wasn’t much information explaining what had been fixed or what the issue was. There was only a handwritten, scribbled note from the technician, which looked more like a note for themselves. Also, be careful when you receive the “ready for pickup” email. When I tapped the button to book the pickup, it went straight through to booking an Uber, with no confirmation step and no way for me to cancel it. I called Umart and they weren’t able to cancel it either. But overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and the convenience of the Pick2Fix service. A little more communication during the repair process would make it even better.

Being able to have the computer picked up and delivered after the service was so convenient and you could schedule the return delivery when you were ready. I agree with the previous comment, some updates along the way would be helpful but when I did contact support to get an update they were great at confirming the status and passing this on. I would definitely use this service again.
