Introduction
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. The “Campaign” refers to Chance to Win a TP-Link Smart Home Prize.
The Campaign is supported by TP-Link, which may assist with the supply and fulfilment of the Prizes.
A total of three (3) Prizes will be awarded to three (3) separate winners. Eligible entries received through the corresponding Umart and MSY Campaigns will be combined into one shared draw pool. The three Prizes are shared across Umart and MSY and do not represent three Prizes per website.
Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, TP-Link and any parties directly involved in administering the Campaign, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
To receive an automatic entry, an eligible participant must purchase AUD $50 or more of eligible TP-Link products in a single qualifying Umart order during the Promotion Period.
Eligible TP-Link products are products identified as participating in this Campaign on the relevant Umart promotion page or Campaign materials.
The TP-Link Fusion Gateway family, Omada Camera products and Omada NVR kits are excluded from this Campaign and do not count towards the AUD $50 minimum qualifying spend.
The AUD $50 minimum spend is calculated on eligible TP-Link products after applicable discounts and excludes delivery charges, services, gift cards and non-eligible products.
Each qualifying order receives one (1) automatic entry. Spending more than AUD $50 in a single qualifying order does not generate additional entries for that order.
Customers may receive additional entries by placing additional genuine qualifying orders during the Promotion Period, with each qualifying order receiving one (1) entry.
Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise invalid orders may be excluded from the Campaign. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or returned before a Prize is awarded, the corresponding entry will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity, age, Australian residency and qualifying purchase. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in an entrant being deemed ineligible.
Promotion Period
The Campaign commences at 12:00 am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
All qualifying purchases must be successfully placed and accepted by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
Prize Pool
There are three (3) Prizes in total across the combined Umart and MSY Campaign draw pool:
- One (1) TP-Link Archer BE6500 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Gaming Router (Archer GE400), valued at approximately AUD $449 RRP.
- One (1) TP-Link Deco BE22 BE3600 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 7 System (Deco BE22 3-Pack), valued at approximately AUD $579 RRP.
- One (1) TP-Link Indoor/Outdoor Dual Lens Pan/Tilt Security Camera (TC34), valued at approximately AUD $149 RRP.
The total Prize pool is valued at approximately AUD $1,177 RRP.
Prize values are based on supplier-provided recommended retail prices for promotional purposes and may differ from current or future selling prices. No cash, credit or other compensation will be provided for any difference between the stated Prize value and an advertised or promotional selling price.
Each winner will receive one (1) Prize only. A total of three (3) separate winners will be selected.
The Prize awarded to each winner will be determined by the Promoter. Winners cannot select, swap or exchange their allocated Prize.
Winner Selection and Draw Timing
The Promoter will conduct three (3) random draws, with one (1) winner selected from the combined pool of eligible Umart and MSY entries in each draw.
The draws may be conducted progressively during the Promotion Period, including during September 2026, or after the Promotion Period has ended. The Promoter is not required to conduct the three draws on fixed weekly dates.
All three initial draws will be completed and the provisional winners contacted no later than 11:59 pm AEST on 21 October 2026.
Where a draw is conducted before the end of the Promotion Period, only eligible entries received before that draw is conducted will be included in that draw.
Eligible entries that are not selected in an earlier draw will remain eligible for subsequent draws. Entries received after an earlier draw has taken place will be eligible for the remaining draw or draws.
Once an entrant has been confirmed as a winner, that entrant will be removed from subsequent draws. A participant cannot win more than one (1) Prize under this Campaign.
Winner Notification and Announcement
Provisional winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their qualifying order.
The Promoter intends to announce verified winners progressively following each draw where practicable. Subject to successful eligibility and identity verification, all three winners are expected to be announced no later than 21 October 2026.
Where additional verification or a redraw is required, publication of a replacement winner may occur after this date.
The Promoter may make at least two (2) reasonable attempts to contact a provisional winner. If a provisional winner does not respond within five (5) business days after the second contact attempt, fails to provide satisfactory verification, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize may be forfeited and a redraw may be conducted.
Following verification, the winner’s first name, surname initial, State or Territory and Prize won may be published on the Promoter’s website, promotional page, web banners, social media channels or other Campaign materials.
Winner Verification
Before a Prize is released, the Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, Australian residency and qualifying purchase.
The name shown on the identification may be required to reasonably correspond with the customer, account or order details associated with the qualifying purchase.
Winners may also be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and/or proof of the qualifying purchase when collecting their Prize.
Prize Collection and Fulfilment
The method of Prize fulfilment will be determined by the Promoter.
A winner may be required to collect their Prize in person from a nominated Umart or MSY store or another collection location arranged by New Eagle International Pty Ltd.
Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter will nominate a participating collection location having regard to the winner’s location and operational availability. The Promoter does not guarantee that the nominated location will be the absolute closest store to the winner.
Winners are not entitled to request or require postal or courier delivery of a Prize to their residential address, postal address or another private address.
The Promoter may, at its discretion, approve or arrange an alternative handover method where reasonably necessary.
TP-Link, its authorised distributor or fulfilment provider may deliver a Prize directly to the Umart or MSY store or other collection location nominated by the Promoter.
Alternatively, the Prize may be delivered to New Eagle International Pty Ltd for onward transfer to the nominated collection location and subsequent handover to the winner.
Prizes must generally be collected by the verified winner. Collection by another person will only be permitted where expressly approved in advance by the Promoter and may require written authorisation and additional identification.
The winner must collect the Prize within the reasonable collection period advised by the Promoter. Failure to collect the Prize within that period may result in forfeiture of the Prize and a redraw, subject to applicable law.
Any travel, parking, transport or other costs associated with travelling to or from the nominated collection location are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash, credit or another product.
Winners cannot request a different Prize, alternative model or home delivery in place of the Prize allocated to them.
If a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may substitute that Prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Promotional imagery is for reference only. Product packaging, appearance and inclusions may vary.
Privacy and Prize Fulfilment Information
Personal information collected in connection with this Campaign will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
The Promoter may collect and use information reasonably required to administer the Campaign, verify eligibility, contact winners, arrange Prize fulfilment and comply with legal or record-keeping obligations.
If an entrant is selected as a winner, the Promoter may disclose information reasonably necessary for Prize fulfilment to TP-Link and/or its authorised distributors, logistics providers or fulfilment partners.
This information may include the winner’s name, telephone number, email address, suburb or postcode, nominated or assigned collection location, Prize details and, where reasonably necessary for fulfilment purposes, address or other delivery-related information.
The information may be used to arrange delivery of the winner’s Prize to a nominated Umart or MSY store or other collection location, or to New Eagle International Pty Ltd for onward transfer and handover to the winner.
The Promoter will only disclose personal information reasonably necessary for Campaign administration and Prize fulfilment unless additional use or disclosure is otherwise authorised by law or separately consented to by the individual.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising in connection with the Campaign or a Prize.
The Promoter will not be responsible for delays in Prize fulfilment caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including supplier, freight, logistics or store-transfer delays.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, tampers with the entry process, engages in fraudulent conduct or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
If the Campaign cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter’s decisions in relation to eligibility, winner verification, Prize allocation, collection arrangements and other Campaign administration matters are final, subject to applicable law.
