Introduction

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. The “Campaign” refers to Chance to Win a $300 Umart Gift Card with Any MSI Gaming or Pro Monitor. The “Prize” refers to one (1) Umart Gift Card valued at AUD $300.

Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Campaign is conducted by the Promoter.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

To enter, eligible participants must purchase any MSI Gaming Monitor or MSI Pro Monitor from Umart Online during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw. Cancelled, refunded or returned orders will be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw.

Limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residency and purchase validity. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Promotion Period

The Campaign commences at 12:00 am AEST on 19 January 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 12 February 2026. All qualifying purchases must be completed within this period.

The Prize

The Prize is one (1) Umart Gift Card valued at AUD $300.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.

The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Umart Online order no later than 2 March 2026.

The Promoter will make two (2) reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of the second contact attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

The winner’s first name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

Prize Delivery

The Umart Gift Card will be delivered digitally via email to the winner. Delivery timeframes may vary and are subject to verification.

Data Protection and Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Entrants may request details of the winner by submitting a support request via https://www.umart.com.au/support/form.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the Prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with this Campaign or the Prize.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters arising from this Campaign is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
