Introduction

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online.

Instore Promotion Offer

This offer is valid for in-store purchases only from 14 - 15 Jun 2025 on selected Samsung SSD & Thermaltake models at Umart Mansfield store. The promotion is limited to one (1) unit per customer. Offer available strictly while stocks last—no rainchecks, hold or substitutions. Promotion is only valid during the event period.

Sim Racing Simulator

The customer with the fastest lap time recorded over the event period will win the prize of 1x Samsung Odyssey Monitor - LS24DG302EEXXY (RRP $249.00). Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

To qualify, participants must submit their name, phone number, and lap time via the official form provided. Winner will be determined by the best lap time recorded during their session. One (1) entry per person is permitted for the competition. The winner will be contacted after the event using the submitted contact details. Umart reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any fraudulent or incomplete submissions.

Claw Machine

A total of twenty (20) Samsung 980 1TB SSDs are available to be won across both weekends.

Each customer is permitted one (1) attempt at the claw machine per day. Prizes are available while stocks last and are awarded on a first-win, first-claim basis. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be offered. Umart staff reserve the right to refuse additional attempts or disqualify unfair play.

Mystery Bag Giveaway

The first fifty (50) customers to purchase any Samsung SSD in-store during the event will receive one (1) Samsung mystery bag.

Customers must present proof of purchase at the front desk to claim their mystery bag. Mystery bags are limited to one per customer and available while stocks last. No holds, substitutions, or exchanges on mystery bag contents. Umart staff will manage the distribution of bags based on purchase order.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the promotion or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion/offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
