The mouse is great, similar to the 403 I used to have, the feel and shape is great if you like slightly larger ergo ones, easy to hold in many slightly different positions. The buttons are good and the wheel is just a joy to turn. The side buttons I would say are not very well positioned, you would have to completely change your hand position to get to the front one. They are quite large and click very easily. I think a sort of concave switch like thing aligned more toward up/down positioned at the front of the back button or slightly above would be way better. Sensor is great, even works well on this textured laminated board desk I'm using without a mouse pad where the mk120 I was using temporarily would hardly work (don't get that mouse, sensor is hardly usable on 1080p screen even when it's not glitching out and jumping around, keyboard is fine though). All in all great mouse. Shame I can't use it cause the motherboard I bought here for my new system died after a couple days.
