The best budget board for AM5 period (according to motherboard reviews), it comes with an updated bios for 9000 series as well.

really good mainboard sent out in a timly manner and working like a treat!!!!!

I recommend this product based on its price alone. However, my biggest issue occurred right after I built the system with this motherboard—it wouldn’t boot. The reason was that the BIOS version pre-installed on the board didn’t support 9th gen processors. Thankfully, I was able to resolve this using the MSI Flash BIOS button. The MSI Flash BIOS button allows you to update the BIOS without needing a CPU or RAM, which was a real lifesaver. Once I updated the BIOS, everything worked perfectly. On a side note, the motherboard’s backplate looks a bit cheap compared to other boards I’ve used. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s worth mentioning.

Very good motherboard. Was my first time building a pc and has no issues. Bios was easy to tweak. Only minor issue is the boot time can be a tad slow but not enough to warrant losing a star. Highly recommend.

Pros:Simple

Cons:Sluggish boot time

Overall, great motherboard with lots of ports. However there are some shortcomings.

Pros:Lots of headers and fans, Manual has decently clear instructions

Cons:Long boot times with XMP enabled, Only worked with my RAM after I updated the BIOS, Uses the second to the top PCIe slot for the GPU which means you won't be able to add any PCIe accessories with any 2.5-3 slot GPU
