Great mouse to begin with... I've had two of these now and my second mouse is finally giving out. Issue with both was the right hand click which did not hold up on either (In fairness I play a lot of Total War so lots of holding down right click). Never found a use for the other two side plates and only ever used the number pad which I had got used to hence why I got a second hoping it was a one time issue. Other than those issues the mouse feels really comfortable to hold and very accurate for gaming.

Razer used to make good mice, but this one is absolute trash. The scroll wheel barely functions and I've only had it a few months. I wished another company did the 7 side button hex design, I'd swap to them in an instant.

The quality of most manufacturers seems to have completely gone down the toilet lately. Razer has always been questionable with products constantly breaking down outside of warranty but this mouse broke within 9 months and their support refuses to honour the warranty as they say the place of purchase is not authorised.

Goodbye Razer I supported you for 10 years just to be slapped in the face. Never again.

TLDR: Do not buy this mouse I guarantee it will break within 24 months.
