The case is exactly as described, but it doesn't do what I thought it would do. I bought it thinking that I could sit my iPad and keyboard on my lap and type away, but you actually can't do that because the hinge is not rigid. It doesn't actually say that it is, but I just made an assumption. A positive aspect of the keyboard is that it charges from the device, so that unlike previous keyboard cases I've had for a previous iPad, you don't need to charge the device and the keyboard
Pros:Provides good protection for the iPad, Good sized keyboard, Powered by the iPad, so you only need to charge two devices
Cons:Not suitable for sitting with the device sitting on your lap
