This is my second one of these. They are very reliable and very fast.

Flash is one of the things Samsung reputedly does well, and anecdotally, their flash drives have not let me down to date. I will pay a bit of a premium for that, relative to those that have -- even if the sample size is too small to be statistically significant: no brand gets a second chance unless every other brand fails me. This is a pretty mature product at this point with all the early firmware bugs ironed out yet still somewhere near the head of the pack performance-wise. At UMart prices, what's not to like? I remember when drives were around 20GB and my rule of thumb was to pay no more than $10 per gigabyte for a hard disk. By those standards, this drive should cost $20,000! Thinking on that, I just love the march of technology!

Very quick sequential read and write speeds. Made a significant difference in backup times.

Pros:Very quick.
Cons:Very expensive.

This drive is fast. The fastest I've ever used. Am very satisfied with it. Plus a 5 year warranty, that's a done deal!

Pros:The fastest drive I've ever used, 5 year warranty

This SSD is working well with Windows 11 and so far, as expected, is is 100% healthy.
