Maintenance Requirement (Important Warranty Condition)

To keep your Wooken eBike operating safely and reliably, regular servicing is required every 3 months, including (but not limited to):

·Brake inspection & adjustment (pads, rotors, cables/hydraulics)
·Chain lubrication, tension check & wear inspection
·Bolt tightening and safety check (handlebar, stem, pedals, wheels)
·Tyre pressure and wheel alignment check

Important: Failure to complete regular maintenance may result in premature wear, safety issues, and may affect warranty assessment. Warranty claims related to lack of servicing, misuse, or poor maintenance may be declines.
