The Value SOHO VALUE800EI UPS for home and small office computer systems and electronic devices features line conditioning and protection against surges/spikes, provides reliable battery backup and clean power supplies during brownouts or power failures. This UPS system is designed with patented GreenPower UPS bypass circuitry that improves the operating efficiency so that users can enjoy significant cost savings by reducing energy consumption and waste heat generated.

The VALUE800EI comes with a capacity of 800VA/480Watts and two (2) AU type receptacles for battery and surge protection. RJ11/RJ45 (One-in/One-out) port is included for the protection of phone and network line. The EMI/RFI filters increase the tolerance of noises and load interferences so that improve the picture and sound quality in audio/video systems. Featuring Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) technology that helps to stabilize AC voltage and to provide protection to connected equipment. this allows the UPS to maintain safe power levels for the connected equipment without resorting to battery power. The unit offers one (1) HID USB and one (1) Serial connectivity port with PC.

PowerPanel® Personal Edition UPS Management software automatically saves computer files and gracefully shuts down the connected devices in the event of power loss or failures. For as long as you own this product, CyberPower will cover up to $75,000 of properly connected equipment if it™s ever damaged by a surge, including surges due to lightning strikes.

After plugging in the USB cable to my QNAP TVS-882 it was immediately detected and easily setup in the External Device - UPS configuration window. Reports 34-36 minutes battery time. Great product at the price-point. Highly recommend by me.
