With our spoilboard, you can work on your projects without worrying about damage to the machine platform. Perfect Replica: Our spoilboard is an exact replica of the original platform board, with all holes and spacing precisely matched for a perfect replacement. Scale Grid Printing: The front of the board is printed with a scale grid in centimeters for clear and accurate positioning of engraving materials, saving you time and effort. MDF Material: Made from dense and durable MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard), our spoilboard measures 11.81 x 7.87 x 0.47 inches and offers enhanced strength and longevity. Compatibility: This spoilboard is compatible with most 3020 series router machines and can be easily mounted above your Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX table with just 4 screws. Note: Make sure the CNC material is clamped tight to the MDF spoilboard / machine bed, or you will get vibration, chatter, poor cut finish, and can possibly break your cutting bit. Do not use any lubricant when you use an MDF spoilboard. It will swell and expand if it gets wet. So using spray or mist coolant or oils is not recommended. |
