How to Claim

1. Sign in or create an account at MSI Member Centre.
2. Register your eligible product and the promotion, and provide your purchase invoice and a photo of the serial-number label on the product itself. The invoice must show the MSI model, purchase date and retailer name. A retail-box photo cannot replace the product-label photo.
3. Complete event enrolment and redemption within the respective periods stated above. Await MSI's eligibility review and activation of the protection package. Verification may take up to 20 business days, with additional processing time if further information is required.
4. To receive the bonus MSI Dual Drive 128GB, add the USB bundle to your cart when purchasing an eligible laptop. If the USB bundle is not displayed, it is sold out and no longer available. Accidental damage protection is redeemed separately through MSI Member Centre.

Important Information

• Limited quantities apply. Event registration may close early if supplies are depleted.
• Open to eligible end-user consumers who are legal residents of Australia and aged 18 or over. Business purchases and other excluded participants listed in the terms are not eligible.
• A maximum of one redemption per participant applies. Products used for an eligible claim cannot be reused for other claims under this event.
• Claims must be made in the country of purchase. Purchases from unauthorised third-party marketplace sellers are excluded.
• The protection package requires MSI registration and activation. Its coverage period is calculated from the eligible product's purchase date. It provides one service for covered accidental damage, subject to the package terms and exclusions.
• If an eligible product is returned or refunded, MSI must be notified and the promotion application will be withdrawn.
