How to Claim
- Purchase an eligible MSI laptop or handheld during the promotion period.
- During the redemption period, sign in or create an account at MSI Member Centre, register your product and apply for the MSI Black Friday 2026 promotion.
- Upload a clear photo of the serial number label on the product itself. A photo of the retail box cannot replace the product-label photo.
- Upload your purchase invoice showing the MSI model name, purchase date and retailer name.
- Submit your claim by 15 December 2026. Once your claim has been verified and approved, MSI will arrange delivery of your Essential Pack.
Important Information
- Claims can only be initiated after 14 days from the purchase date and within the redemption period.
- Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Registration may close early if all gifts have been claimed.
- The Essential Pack is shipped separately by MSI after claim approval and is not supplied with your laptop or handheld at the time of purchase.
- This promotion is for eligible end consumers only. Business purchases are excluded.
- Each eligible product can only be used for one claim under this promotion.
