What a service... I rerely use couriers or Aus Post. BUT I had the ordered products in my hands within about 1 hour from placing the order... TOTAL. The driver was well presented and courteous.

Prompt delivery, items as described and in good shape. No complaints and a life saver for a dead server on the weekend, saved my a drive into Milton. Well worth the time saved.

Cheaper than normal post even in 2 loads quick, easy as. Can’t go wrong. 

The service was generally good and fast, however the address provided to Uber by Umart was truncated, losing the "Unit number" aspect. Uber's mapping software appears to place the unit-less address in a nearby shopping centre, which led to some confusion and the driver parking far away. Whilst I'd provided clarification in the delivery notes that helped him find me, it would not allow me to fix the issue with the actual address. It would be good if issues like this were fixed, or that we could at least fix the address on our end if issues like this do occur.

The idea of Uber delivery is excellent but the execution was poor. I did not receive a pin number for the Uber driver. This lead to an issue that took some time to resolve. I was not advised of a delivery approximate time and day. Uber drive arrived unexpectedly, lucky I was home.

Superb service! I received a message saying it was on its way and would be here in 27 minutes and it took 30 minutes. A great initiative Umart

Everything went well, it took a while to get delivery confirmation, but it all went ok.

Can't really complain. $10 to have it delivered in 1-3 hours. That's the same as it costs to get a courier to deliver something around here. Delivery was timely, and despite having ordered a big heavy case, the young lady who dropped it off brought it right to my door. (Given the size/weight of it, I wouldn't have objected even if she had called from outside to ask for some help, but she didn't!)

Service was fast and easy, delivered same day. Had a new motherboard and cpu delivered after some problems with the previous ones.

My only hope is that the drivers get more than the $10 charge that umart charges. Ordered in the arvo, saw it same arvo from a store 20km away in peak hour traffic. definitely worth the tenner. Have used it for the last few orders and its like clockwork everytime, worth more than the 10 they charge you honestly.
