Since I live in an area with a heightened spate of mail theft, I do appreciate a reliable & prompt delivery service with a good accurate tracking system. I placed the order around 10:30am and I had it in my hand by 2pm. That is what I call reliable service. I have no problem paying extra if I don't have to deal with godawful lazy AusPost workers who are the drizzling sheets because they can't bother making an extra 20 steps to knock on my front door on the ground floor, or push the parcel all the way into the mailbox, which is how they get stolen.
