1. Introduction & Eligibility

In these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. By redeeming this coupon code, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• This offer applies only to eligible Antec PC components listed on umart.com.au where this promotion is displayed.
• Customers must possess an Australian registered address to redeem this offer.
• The eligible order value must be over $100 to qualify for the $10 discount.
• Eligible products may already be discounted. The $10 coupon may be applied to the eligible product price where the coupon is available and all conditions are met.
• This promotion starts on 8 October 2026 and ends on 11 October 2026, unless ended earlier due to the redemption cap being reached or otherwise withdrawn by The Promoter.

2. Redemption & Limitations

To redeem the extra $10 OFF discount, enter UM10OFFANTEC at checkout. The following conditions apply:

• The order must include eligible Antec PC components and meet the minimum order value of over $100.
• The offer is strictly limited to the first 40 eligible orders only.
• The coupon redemption cap may be reached at any time. Once the cap has been reached, the coupon will no longer be available, even if the promotion page remains visible.
• There may be a delay in removing or updating promotional materials after the redemption cap has been reached.
• Only one coupon may be applied per order.
• The coupon cannot be combined with other coupon codes or vouchers unless otherwise permitted by The Promoter.
• The discount applies to eligible product purchases only and excludes delivery, shipping, and handling fees.
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or withdrawn into a bank account.
• The offer is subject to product availability and the remaining coupon redemption allocation.

3. Returns & Cancellations

If an eligible order is returned, refunded, or cancelled after the coupon has been redeemed:

• The $10 coupon discount is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
• The transaction may still count towards the 40-order redemption limit.
• Any applicable refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, subject to Australian Consumer Law and the applicable returns policy.

4. General & Limitation of Liability

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with this promotion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
