Introduction

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. The "Prize" refers to one (1) Philips SPA3808 soundbar.

A total of five (5) winners will be selected by the Promoter. Each "Prize" will be assigned at random to the winners by the Promoter.

Participating in the competition means agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by "The Promoter".

Eligibility to Enter

• The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and located within Australia.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate families are excluded from the draw.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
• There is a limit of one entry per person.
• The promotion period begins on 19 Mar 2026.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.

The Prize

The winning prize is one (1) Philips SPA3808 soundbar.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen randomly and notified via the email address provided on 10 Apr 2026.

• The Promoter will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 (five) days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the Promoter's social media profiles.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 21 days for the prize to be delivered. Alternatively, collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. You may be responsible for covering any reasonable costs related to the delivery to your location.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information provided will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing feedback@umart.com.au.

The winner's first name will be announced on the Promoter's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize. The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage suffered by a participant.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
