Introduction

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. Participating in the promotion means agreeing to these promotion terms and conditions. The promotion is being run by "The Promoter".

Eligibility
This promotion is open to entrants who are over 18 years of age and residents of Australia. Employees, contractors, and their immediate families are excluded from the draw. It is open to customers who make a single ONLINE transaction of $100 or more (including GST) on oeligible products. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Event.

There is a limit of one entry per person, and the promotion is open to anyone who meets the eligibility during the promotion period. Orders that are cancelled will be disqualified from entry.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.

Qualifying Orders
Only ONLINE transactions of $100 or more in a single order (after discounts, excluding shipping) are eligible.

Multiple smaller orders cannot be combined to meet the threshold.

Promotional Period
Offer valid from 23 May 2025 to 30 June 2025, or while freebie stock lasts.

Freebie

Each eligible order only grants one (1) freebie item - Keychron Keyboard Switch Tester Keychain. No exchange, return, or substitutes can be made for the bundle item.

Limited Stock
Freebies are available while stocks last. Once the allocated freebie stock is exhausted, no further bonus items will be provided, even if the qualifying purchase threshold is met.

Exclusions
This promotion does not apply to gift card purchases, backorders, or cancelled/refunded orders.

Shipping of Freebies
Freebies will be shipped with the qualifying order or may be dispatched separately at Umart’s discretion.

General
Umart reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Participant Indemnification
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Promoter, its affiliates, and successors, assigns, directors, and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from any claims, investigations, litigation, or other legal or administrative action by third parties arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged breach by You of any representations, warranties, undertakings in this Terms and Conditions

Warranties Exclusion
THE FREEBIES IS/ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information provided when entering the promotion will be used by the Promoter for administering the promotion and other purposes specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing feedback@umart.com.au.

If requested by the Promoter, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other promotion participants. The winner's first name will be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the freebies in question.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant, even if reasonably foreseeable, arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, they reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
