All orders shipped by Umart require someone to be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is available when the courier attempts delivery, what happens next depends on the delivery type.

For Standard and Express Post Orders:
Generally, delivery will be attempted between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you are not home, a calling card will be left that allows you to collect your parcel from the courier's nearest collection facility.
If uncollected for an extended period of time, the courier will return your order to us.
We recommend using a residential or business address where someone will be present to sign for your order.
If your order has been returned to us, please contact us to arrange a refund or redelivery of your order. Please note that additional freight charges may apply, and your delivery fee may not be refundable.
For Same or Next Day Delivery Orders:
Generally, delivery will be attempted between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you are not home, the courier will attempt delivery once more the next evening. After two attempts, the courier will return your order to us.
Same and Next Day delivery is only available to residential addresses. If a business address is given, the courier may immediately return your order to us.
If your order has been returned to us, please contact us to arrange a refund or redelivery of your order. Please note that additional freight charges may apply, and your delivery fee may not be refundable.
