1. Introduction & Eligibility

In these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• This promotion applies only to the eligible GIGABYTE laptops and GIGABYTE GS25F2A monitor listed below where the promotional bundle is displayed on umart.com.au.
• The campaign runs from 24 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, unless eligible product stock or promotional bundle allocation is exhausted earlier, or the campaign is otherwise withdrawn, changed or extended by The Promoter.
• Customers must have a valid Australian delivery or billing address.
• The promotion is available to retail customers unless otherwise approved by The Promoter.
• Eligible products, prices, savings, stock, bundle availability, delivery options and pickup options may change during the campaign period.
• Orders remain subject to payment approval, security checks, stock confirmation and acceptance by The Promoter.

3. How to Claim the Bundle Offer

1. Select one eligible GIGABYTE laptop from the relevant Umart promotion or product page.
2. Select the promotional laptop and monitor bundle using the Add Bundle to Cart option.
3. Confirm that the eligible GIGABYTE laptop and the GIGABYTE GS25F2A monitor both appear in the cart before completing checkout.
4. Complete the purchase of both products in the same transaction during the campaign period.

• The promotional bundle offer is not automatically applied when the laptop or monitor is added separately.
• Purchasing only an eligible laptop or only the GS25F2A monitor does not qualify for the promotional bundle offer.
• The promotional bundle cannot be added retrospectively after checkout.
• Removing either the eligible laptop or the GS25F2A monitor from the cart will make the order ineligible for the bundle offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, one GS25F2A monitor may be purchased through the promotional bundle for each eligible laptop purchased.

4. Bundle Availability & Allocation

• This promotion is available only while eligible laptop stock, GS25F2A monitor stock and promotional bundle allocation remain available.
• The eligible laptops, monitor and promotional bundle allocation may have separate availability. Individual products may remain available after the promotional bundle allocation has been exhausted.
• If the Add Bundle to Cart option is not displayed, the bundle is marked unavailable, or the bundle cannot be added to the cart, the promotional bundle allocation has been exhausted.
• If the promotional bundle allocation has been exhausted, the laptop or monitor may still be available to purchase separately at the applicable individual product price.
• No rainchecks, backorders, reservations, substitutions or retrospective bundle claims are available for an exhausted promotional allocation.
• The promotion may end before 31 August 2026 if eligible product stock or promotional bundle allocation is exhausted.
• The shopping cart and checkout system are the source of truth for current bundle availability and eligibility.
• Availability may vary between online orders, delivery locations, pickup locations and Umart stores.

5. Bundle Pricing & Savings

• The promotional bundle price and any advertised savings apply only when the eligible laptop and GS25F2A monitor are added together using the Add Bundle to Cart option.
• The price displayed in the cart at the time of checkout is the applicable promotional bundle price.
• Individual product prices, promotional bundle prices and advertised savings may change during the campaign period without prior notice.
• Any RRP, comparison price or reference price displayed is a reference only and may not represent the price at which the product was previously sold.
• The promotional bundle offer cannot be combined with another coupon, voucher or offer applying to the same products unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The promotional discount or saving cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or gift cards.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• If either product purchased as part of the promotional bundle is cancelled, returned or refunded, the entire bundle may need to be returned and the promotional bundle pricing may be recalculated.
• If one bundle product is retained, The Promoter may deduct the applicable individual price or reasonable value of the retained product from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
• If an eligible laptop or GS25F2A monitor is cancelled before dispatch, the associated promotional bundle may also be cancelled.
• The original transaction may still count towards the limited promotional allocation.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, product listing errors, stock issues, technical issues, suspected misuse, fraud or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Promoter.

To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this promotion.
