Introduction
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. The “Campaign” refers to Chance to Win a SUPERGIRL™ Limited Edition Gaming PC. The “Prize” refers to one (1) SUPERGIRL™ Limited Edition Gaming PC.
Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Campaign is conducted by the Promoter.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
To enter, eligible participants must purchase any eligible ASUS product valued at $70 AUD or more in a single order from Umart Online or its affiliated websites during the Promotion Period. Qualifying purchases will receive automatic entries into the draw based on the eligible purchase amount. The more you spend on eligible ASUS products in a qualifying order, the higher your chances of winning.
For every full $70 AUD spent on eligible ASUS products in a single qualifying order, participants will receive one (1) entry into the draw. For example, a qualifying ASUS product spend of $70 AUD to $139.99 AUD will receive one (1) entry, $140 AUD to $209.99 AUD will receive two (2) entries, and so on.
Cancelled, refunded or returned orders will be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw. If only part of an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the Promoter may adjust the number of entries based on the remaining eligible ASUS product purchase amount.
The qualifying purchase amount excludes shipping fees, delivery charges, gift cards, store credit, service fees and any other non-product charges, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residency and purchase validity. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Promotion Period
The Campaign commences at 12:00 am AEST on 16 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 5 July 2026. All qualifying purchases must be completed within this period.
The Prize
The Prize is one (1) SUPERGIRL™ Limited Edition Gaming PC.
The Prize is a themed gaming PC. Final specifications, design details, packaging and inclusions may vary from promotional imagery and are subject to availability.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.
The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Umart Online order no later than 19 July 2026.
The Promoter will make two (2) reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of the second contact attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.
The winner’s first name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
Prize Delivery
The Prize will be delivered via post to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address. Delivery timeframes may vary and are subject to verification, stock availability and courier service conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage during delivery, except to the extent required by law.
Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Entrants may request details of the winner by submitting a support request via https://www.umart.com.au/support/form.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the Prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with this Campaign or the Prize.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate manner.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary, including where the Campaign is affected by technical issues, fraud, unauthorised intervention or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters arising from this Campaign is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
