Starting April 8, 2026, the minimum subtotal required will be $250 or more. A minimum order quantity of 2 items applies. Both conditions must be met to qualify for free delivery.
- Location: Free shipping applies to standard shipping within eligible Australian postcodes. Please refer to the list of eligible postcodes below.
- Promotion Validity & Terms: The current $130 free shipping promotion is scheduled to run until April 7, 2026. After this date, the free shipping threshold will increase to $250. We reserve the right to amend or adjust the end date and related conditions at any time due to operational, commercial, or other circumstances.
2. Shipping Method and Dispatch Times
- Standard Shipping Only: This promotion covers standard shipping only. Expedited or express shipping methods will incur additional charges.
- Dispatch Schedule:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Same Day Dispatch
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday): Next Day Dispatch
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday: Monday Dispatch
- Monday to Friday:
- Saturday and Sunday Orders: Monday Dispatch
- Holidays: In the event of public holidays, dispatch will occur on the next business day, and we will strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible.
- Exceptions: Certain circumstances may prevent Same Day Dispatch, including high order volumes or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, customers will still enjoy free shipping, with dispatch occurring according to the schedule above.

4. Exclusions
- Product Restrictions: Free shipping does not apply to bulky or oversized items, including but not limited to large PC cases, monitors exceeding specific dimensions, UPS, gaming chairs, gaming desks, or other heavy products. Please check individual product listings for shipping eligibility.
- Bulk Orders & Resellers: This promotion is intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we reasonably suspect are intended for resale or are bulk purchases. Such orders may not qualify for free shipping.
- Excluded Locations: Some remote or rural areas may not be eligible for free shipping. A list of eligible postcodes is provided below. Orders placed outside these regions will be subject to standard shipping fees.
5. Returns
- Change of Mind: Items eligible under our Change of Mind Policy can be returned; however, the cost of return shipping will not be covered under this promotion.
- Faulty Items: Items found to be faulty or damaged can be returned at no cost to the customer. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
